Under his leadership, DDB climbed to the #2 spot on the Global Effie Index for the first time, launched a globally recognized proprietary methodology the Feels Barometer to measure feelings across cultures, and embedded generative AI across the agency’s global workforce under an operating model transformation program From Grind to Heart.
Tomas has advised the world’s most iconic brands from unlocking individual creative breakthroughs through to integrated global go-to-market strategies. He is a champion of the multiplier effect in marketing, where brand equity amplifies the performance of every media dollar. He has built the global agency infrastructure from positioning to capabilities and operating models, enabling legendary DDB agencies such as adam&eveDDB, AfricaDDB, NORD DDB and DDB Paris to compete in new ways, winning new clients and growing new capabilities.
Beyond marketing consulting, Tomas is focused on building high performing teams and developing future-fit strategy talent, with his effort ranging from individual mentorship to global talent programs.
